( With the pieces of paper floating around it isn't hard to grab a sheet and a marker pen to make the sign for the door, commandeering one of the labs for the meeting. Kitty had waited until it had gotten dark before putting the sign on the door. Hopefully someone else would turn up - would see either the sign or her post it note. There were three people that Kitty at least knew knew of it. N, and two strangers.
Waiting Kitty took to looking around the lab, more making room and pulling out chairs than looking around. Although they'd probably have to clear them away again for any displays. Like running.
When the door to the lab opens Kitty is quick to turn around, a smile ready for whoever walks through the door. This is exciting. It has to be a good thing, right? Solidarity in unfamiliar and unnatural situations. Safety in numbers - and knowing that they're all safe. That maybe they could do something to help )
Hey. I'm Kitty.
( Well that was out of the way. Did they wait for others or just get on with it? )

( How would he be best able to run? It was a good job that she was little and light, and phasing may have had a little additional help there. But having too much weight on long trips wouldn't help - and she'd need breathing pauses. Better save the phasing for the walls )
We should try a wall. Make sure we can get through them.
( As long as she can see it coming and can time holding her breath right it would be fine. She's never done it at speed before )

[ after having stolen TVs and kitchen appliances and other general, heavy items for such a long time and in a large quantity, his arms have become pretty strong. not as strong as they could be if he went to the gym, or something like that, but still. pretty good, for a speedster. ]
Okay, but if we crash into it and my nose breaks, then I'm totally blaming you for it. I don't know if they have stuff to help with that here. I haven't actually looked around the medbay yet. So no nose breaking. Keep it real.
[ good luck, kitty. especially towards putting up with him. ]
