▶ SUMMARY: A place to share your ic infos, if you please! Thomas is a freaking busy body, and he wants to get all the clues about this place gathered up, so he's going to start writing stuff he's found/woke up with onto a wall in one of the labs, and leave notes around the compound for others to do the same.



[ in one of the lab rooms, you'll find a message (possibly with more messages) scrawled on one of the walls (literally ON TO it, with either pen or a marker). it reads: ]



[ because thomas is super good about being specific. and communicative. but basically, that's what he's posting here - notes. clues, useful information, curious things - information. the advantage the gladers had in getting out of the maze was that they were united, and cooperating for the same goal. thomas doesn't know anyone here, and only has maybe two pieces of what's a much larger puzzle. he needs the rest.

so, around the compound, you'll find scraps of paper that have been taped or pinned to walls (or written directly onto them) that read in the same handwriting: ]

SEE LAB ROOM [[ ROOM NUMBER HERE ]] FOR INFO

IF YOU FOUND SOMETHING, WRITE IT DOWN

[ again, he is awesome at being verbose. if your character decides to investigate the room, they'll find thomas's notes already pinned or written onto the wall, plus whatever is left in the comments below. thomas himself will likely be around more often than not, reading things, scrawling stuff of paper, looking contemplative, or being passed the fuck out in a corner, if they want to bug him. ]


[[ ooc; okay so thomas is a nut, and also i thought we could use an icly set up means for characters to share the clues they woke up with/stuff they found/whatever other information about stuff going down. if you want, put up a top level for the actual note your dude/dudette is leaving, and idk people can tag into it if they want to seek your character out and bug them? or write notes under the note you left? idefk, let's do stuff, go wild???


PS, IF YOU WANT THE TL;DR VERSION OF THIS, i tried organizing an IC list that Thomas would have made over here. It's not perfect, so don't consider that like end all be all, but thought it might help. ]]

It's real. ((He confirms with a sigh, shaking his head.)) The last time I controlled zombies that weren't already under my control was when I... killed Bryce Lawrence. ((Piper's surely heard of what happened from Reyna or someone else. But for her convenience, he points out--)) And I was really, really angry at the time. I don't know if I can muster up that power again.

((Oh, and he passed out for three days, but Nico's never been one to dwell on that sort of thing.))

[ piper is quick to shake her head.] No way. Don't even try it. It's not worth it. [ not yet. they're safe in here, at least she thinks they are.] We'll figure out another way. [ she smiles a little more.] Percy's here. So is Annabeth.

((Oh, Piper. As if this will stop him from thinking about it. He'll table the discussion for now, though, even as he keeps turning the idea over in his mind.)) And Hazel. I tried to read most of the messages on the board before I came by.

Have you mentioned to anyone that we're demigods yet?

[parleur]

Hazel? [ piper can't help but look happier about that.] I'm so glad she's here too. Bet you're so glad to see her.[ obviously but she still says it because talking to nico can be awkward but... she wants to.]

I haven't seen her yet, but I'll find her after this. ((Nico's expression is light, for once, at the prospect of meeting up with his sister. Yes, it sucks that she's here, but at least he's here too - he can keep her safe.))

I mentioned it to someone - kind of anonymously - but it turns out they're a mutant, so. ((Basically, Weird Shit is going down.)) They want all us not-quite-humans to meet up.

Mutant? [ what? seriously?] As in... mutant. A mutant... what? [ isn't that probably just another name for all the monsters they have to fight? things that the mist should hide but don't.]

They sound pretty much like demigods. Except they have random powers instead of skills based on godly parentage. ((Shruuuug. Nico has seen enough shit. He'll believe anything now.))

[parleur]

Oh. [ piper should think that sounds crazy and well, she kind of still does but... they're here. in this place. and well, she's seen a lot too.] Well, what kind of powers did they have? The one you met?

Didn't meet them yet. Just... talked to them over the message board thing. But I know there's at least two or more others who are super fast. ((How does he explain this in a superhuman way...)) Like, Arion-levels of fast. ((That should do it.))

[parleur]

[ oh, the dirty mouthed horse. piper's eyes widen because, well, that's fast.] Did you see them?

Not quite. But I did see that one of them got supplies from Hollows in way too little time than is humanly possible.

I really don't think we're alone here in being... different.

And you're sure they aren't demigods?
