[Halsey looks up, and her gaze flicks from quickly from Regina's face to the fireball. It's comfortably within the capabilities of the technology she's used to, and she reacts with no more than a raised eyebrow, her mind automatically designing the rough outlines of the system that would be necessary to charge and maintain a plasma ball in one hand without an explosion. Not terribly effective as a weapon, granted, but impressive from a psychological perspective, she suspects.]

Is that really necessary?

[It's not rhetorical. Halsey wants to know if there's something in the neighborhood that rates tossing around plasma charges.]
