[ Peter kind of hopes that's true, that whatever is out there has a weakness to small, stuffed animals - and Magnetos - because then they would have the upper hand. But for some reason, he doubts it, because anything that has a weakness to stuffed toys must be weak, in most cases. ]

They might, but I kinda doubt it - they probably just put them with us as a joke, or just to mess with us for this exact reason. We should probably have a look around though, just in case, see what else there is - maybe even go look out the gates. That might help. [ Or just mess them up even more. Either/or. ]
