[ it's a good thing pepper likes dogs. smaller ones, usually, in fairness, but a dog's a dog, and this one's got no bad intentions, it seems, even when it almost mows her over. she makes a slight noise of surprise, a slightly staccato woah, but aside from that, stays upright and manages to stop the dog from going much further. probably not the time to be thinking it's a good thing i'm not wearing a cream skirt anymore, as she pats him lightly on the head. usually she'd ask for permission to do so, with a stranger's dog, but she thinks she can get a pass this time, what with the good natured almost knocking over and what have you. ]
