It'd be an unfortunate name if it were.
[Most bases followed a certain logic, or at least ARGUS headquarters did, as did Belle Reve.]
Most cells are numbered. If we follow them to the first cell we might find the main entrance. We can figure it out from there if we do find it.
[And there, he thinks he'll find some kind of map or at least a desk area that may provide a clue.]
