If he sounded like he wasn't quite taking her job seriously, well, that was because he partially wasn't. Nothing personal, Peggy, but she didn't give him anything to go on and for all he knew, she could be a postal worker or she could be MI6. Fact was, that he didn't know which end of the spectrum she fell on. Tony on the other hand didn't down play his, he just left an important detail out. Which brought him to his next barrage of questioning.
