And so he took off. Without adding another word because he got the feeling small chat wouldn’t be appreciated. Clark was still getting the hang out of this flying with people thing. He knew how to make it safe and how to not make them fall, but it was hard for him to get the speed right: as fast as he could, but without actually hurting his passenger. It wasn’t as easy as it sounded.

All in all, they still made it to wherever Gotham was supposed to be in record time.
